Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Condition: Must be fully sealed, untouched, and in good physical shape.

Price: Must be valued at more than 200 AED.

Availability & Type: Must be a standard in-stock item (custom orders and pre-orders are non-refundable).

Must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.

Warranty Policy

Coverage: Standard original manufacturer warranties apply.

Voiding Conditions: Warranty is immediately voided in cases of product tampering, misuse, neglect, or customer error.

Usage: Items must be handled and used with proper care.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders: Can be canceled anytime prior to shipment.

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: Can only be canceled before final order confirmation.

Delivery Policy

Shipping Fees: Customers cover all shipping costs from the store to their destination.

Third-Party Logistics: Once handed over, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier. Customers must contact the delivery company directly for transit updates.

Damaged Deliveries: If an item arrives damaged, submit a complaint directly to our team so we can investigate and assist.

Payment Policy

What if I want to buy a component from another brand?

You can request a different brand or edition before buying. Copy your selected components, then send the summary to @creationsuae on Instagram and tell us which brand, model or colour you prefer. We’ll check availability, compatibility and the final price with you before you confirm your order.

How do I create and buy a custom PC?

Work through the Custom Builder and choose up to one component per category. You can add a partial selection or a complete build to your cart. Read the compatibility checks, review your selection, then copy your order summary. Click Buy to open our Instagram profile, tap Message and paste the summary. Add your name, phone number, emirate and any requests; our team will guide you through confirmation, payment and delivery.

Where can I contact Creations?

You can message @creationsuae on Instagram or email creationspcae@gmail.com. Contact us for help choosing components, requesting another brand, checking availability or discussing an existing order. If you have already made a selection, include your copied order summary so we can understand exactly what you need.

Are all listed parts in stock and compatible?

The catalog helps you explore your options. Availability and compatibility depend on the exact models selected. Before confirming your order, our team will check CPU and motherboard support, memory, power requirements, cooling and case clearances with you.

Does clicking Buy pay for or confirm my order?

No. Buy opens our Instagram profile after you copy your selection. You must tap Message and send the summary yourself. No payment is taken on this website and stock is not reserved. Our team will confirm your parts, total price and next steps in the conversation.

Are laptop rentals available?

Our laptop rental catalog is coming soon. Contact us by Instagram or email to ask about planned availability and tell us the kind of laptop you need and your preferred rental dates.

How can I confirm delivery, warranty or returns?

Read the Terms & Conditions using the footer link, then message us on Instagram or email with any questions about your selection. We’ll clarify delivery arrangements and the applicable warranty or return conditions before you complete your purchase.
